Business Analyst

Job Introduction

Bennetts are recruiting for an experienced analyst with a strong understanding of business process improvement; the ability to define new processes, capture existing and re-engineer procedures. You’ll partner the Customer Operations Centre, leading the analysis of business challenges/opportunities and support in identifying and crafting the solutions, helping Bennetts to achieve its strategic objectives. You’ll need to be passionate about data and analytics and have a proactive approach to learning about the business.

Role Responsibility

Include: 

  • Business Analysis. Analyse business requirements to establish feasibility and business impact on complex initiatives. Create business cases to support decision making. Work with customers to resolve conflicts between requirements. 
  • Information gathering. Gather complex, sensitive or strategic information from a variety of sources using appropriate techniques. Analyse and document current processes using variety of methods and sources to validate information. 
  • Regularly project manage change initiatives. Drive the introduction of the methodology into the organisation and champion its wider use. 

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll be the bridge between IT and business stakeholders; therefore, you must have excellent communication skills and be a tactful diplomat. The scale of the role is diverse, so you’ll need experience of working on large complex projects, as well as smaller tactical initiatives. A strong background in business change and transformation, ideally experienced in delivering change in a range of environments such as contact centre, digital and marketing. Strong commercial acumen is a must, as you’ll be looking for ways of improving efficiencies or value, considering all aspects of cost versus value and risk when making commercial decisions.
