Job Introduction

The role will focus on delivering a multi-channel CRM strategy, with the planning, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention.

We are looking for someone with an experienced understanding of CRM and specifically email marketing who can demonstrate strong campaign management skills. The role will have you working alongside the marketing team, tasked to drive both consumer growth and demand growth by the execution of profitable activity. You will drive performance and loyalty of the customer and increase share of customer wallet through all available channels, providing insight into the data and ensuring promotions are relevant to the journey as well as aligned with our audience strategy.

This role would suit a hungry graduate looking to step onto the marketing career ladder. We are looking for a person with an interest in data driven marketing, with a focus on customer centric marketing and loves all things email marketing.

Role Responsibility

  • Day to day management of all direct marketing campaigns email and print, planning, executing and providing insights and reports to the marketers and the business.
  • To implement campaigns from the consumer communications plan, including creative execution, customer selection, test activity and results in order to drive the required sales plan.
  • Utilise paper and email channels to optimise the customer journey and identify strategic touchpoints within the customer lifecycle for targeted and personalised comms.
  • Manage the relationships with key internal and external stakeholders ensuring our requirements our as per SLA’s are adhered to for asset creation, printing, packaging, fulfilment servicing and providing proofs. 
  • Invoice coding and reconciliation working within set accounts SLA’s.
  • Communicate effectively with all other areas of the company resolving problems on a co-operative basis.

The Ideal Candidate

Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience using marketing automation tools such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce or similar or a proven ability to learn new tools.
  • Exceptional prioritisation skills and ability to deliver campaigns against immovable deadlines
  • Analytical and methodical  approach to tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly competent in using Microsoft Excel

Education and Qualifications:

  • Ideally hold a degree or diploma in marketing.
  • Basic html coding knowledge considered an advantage

Personal Characteristics:

  • Pro-active, collaborative approach – must be able to communicate well and influence colleagues at all levels of the business.
  • Brilliant attention to detail and taking responsibility for the accuracy of their work
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and provide support to others.
  • Good time management skills – a self-starter able to prioritise their own workload and work effectively under pressure.
