CRM Executive
Job Introduction
The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced CRM Executive who will be responsible for the planning, delivery, development and analysis of email campaigns with a focus on driving efficient processes and improving customer engagement, whilst striving to achieve first-class email marketing that adheres to best practice. You’ll also be supporting the Marketing Manager more broadly across CRM – helping to deliver and develop the customer journey to drive long term sales, loyalty and referrals through various channels including email, direct mail and on-site activity.
Role Responsibility
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end production process for campaign emails - coordinating with the Product team for content and offers, writing copy, HTML email build, testing, sign off and final deployment.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to develop segmentation strategies and create campaign selections.
- Work with Marketing and Product teams to agree a plan of email campaign content taking in to account customer and trading insights along with opportunities to secure funding from supplier partners.
- Produce weekly campaign reports.
- Develop a test and learn strategy to optimise email marketing effectiveness.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to create highly personalised, automated life-cycle marketing campaigns.
- Co-ordinate content, art-working and data selection for direct mail campaigns.
- Customer and booking analysis to inform marketing decisions.
The Ideal Candidate
You will need to be available to commence in January 2019.
Required skills and experience:
- At least 1 years’ experience working within a successful email marketing function
- Experience using an ESP/marketing automation platform
- HTML email design skills
- Copywriting and proof-reading skills
- Commercially focussed and results driven
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Desirable skills and experience:
- Apteco Faststats Discoverer and Peoplestage
- Experience using Pure 360 email platform
- Adobe InDesign (to artwork direct mailer templates)
- Experience working on direct mail projects
- Travel industry experience, particularly in the luxury sector

Package Description
We have an opportunity at Destinology, part of the SAGA Group, for a CRM Executive to join the team based at our Bolton Head Office on a fixed term basis. The role will cover maternity leave for a period of 12-14 months from January 2019.
The salary will for this role is £23,000 to £26,000 per annum dependent upon experience.
