Are you looking for an opportunity to deliver best in-class CRM in a fast-paced and energetic working environment in the ever-changing world of travel? As the go to CRM Specialist at Titan you will focus on delivering a multi-channel CRM strategy, with the planning, implementation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns.

You will have strong experience in customer-centric and data-led CRM, be familiar with designing and implementing CRM programmes across the customer journey, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention streams.

You will be an experienced CRM marketeer, with a specific interest in email marketing, although not limited to this channel.  You like to be curious, and working with data selections and campaign analysis to inform your next campaign will come naturally to you.  You will be used to applying segmentation to campaigns and building targeted workflows to automate the customer journey and you thrive in an environment where personalised communications is encouraged.

The role will have you working alongside the Sales and Marketing teams, where you will be tasked to drive both consumer growth and demand growth by the execution of profitable activity. You will drive performance and loyalty of the customer and increase share of customer wallet through all available channels, providing insight and ensuring promotions are relevant to the journey. You will split your time between campaign planning, testing and automation, CRM integration, data analysis and reporting.

Role Responsibility

  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies and customer journey campaigns that support the business strategic objectives.
  • Identify and develop innovative marketing strategies to drive database growth, engagement and on strategy bookings.
  • Maximise data-mining, customer behaviour insight and segmentation to identify and implement offers and personalised content to optimise response, conversion, retention and maximise ROI.
  • Map customer journeys and analysing touch points to make every campaign as optimised as possible.
  • Build and continually improve marketing campaigns to increase lead generation and retention.
  • Develop trigger campaigns with governance rules to mitigate against over-mailing and maximise ROI.
  • Ensure all communications have engaging, dynamic and effective content.
  • Build, manage and execute campaigns end-to-end.
  • Cross-team collaboration (Database Marketing, Content, SEO, PPC and Display)
  • Demonstrate the impact of CRM to the business with the creation of weekly results dashboard.
  • Analyse customer database to identify trends and insight for the business.

The Ideal Candidate

Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Significant experience in CRM operations role within a data-driven technology environment.
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM tools such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce or similar CRM tools and ESPs such as Dot Digital, or Mailchimp
  • Solid working Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid or similar
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, behavioural triggers and how to influence customer behaviour through CRM.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Technical/IT background preferred, ideally educated to degree level in Computer Science or similar discipline (or equivalent) in combination with good marketing experience.

  • Pro-active, collaborative approach – must be able to communicate well and influence colleagues at all levels of the business.
  • Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and provide support to others.
  • Good time management skills – a self-starter able to prioritise their own workload and work effectively under pressure.
