And right now, we are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Marketing Team for the The Saga Travel Group.
Working as part of the wider Touring Marketing team you will support the CRM Manager to develop and deliver a CRM program which contributes to delivering the business acquisition and retention targets for the Saga Holidays brand, ensuring that customers are targeted and segmented based on their preferences and behaviours. You will be responsible for executing Travel CRM programme activity on time and in budget, ensuring campaigns are developed with best practise in mind and optimal customer experience.
Role Responsibility
- Campaign management for multiple channels, including email, postal, SMS and outbound. Covering all CRM aspects of the campaign, from data brief to post campaign reporting where required.
- Delivery of key CRM projects.
- Customer journey mapping.
- Working with CRM colleagues to set and deliver a CRM programme of continuous improvement.
- Setting and following best practice guidance.
- Ensuring own activity is trackable for all required metrics within CRM remit.
- Executing multi-campaign testing programmes within campaign builds.
- Producing weekly campaign performance and summarised reports with insight and recommendations.
- Working with the Touring Marketing team to ensure campaign activity is aligned and represented cross channel, especially the website team.
- Working cross functionally, specifically with sales, product and commercial teams to ensure campaigns are accurate and delivering to business priorities and consumer needs.
- Working with the Group Data team to ensure any requests for data or data issues are provided/resolved in a timely manner.
- Working with Group IT to ensure any data issues are raised, tracked and rectified as efficiently as possible.
The Ideal Candidate
- Possess good Numeric and Analytical skills.
- Good communication skills that enable you to make your point clear, build relationships and collaborate effectively in both face-to-face meetings and in written communications.
- Stakeholder Management Skills.
- Understanding of GDPR regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience of Adobe Analytics or similar analytics tools preferable.
- Experience working with data and pulling selections for campaigns, both for print and email.
- Experience in email marketing.
- Marketing Degree or equivalent.
