Providing excellent customer service and assistance to our customers at the very start or end of their holiday is what this role is all about. From assisting them at check-in to meeting them at arrivals halls and introducing them to their driver, you will be the go-to point of contact for our customers.

The Ideal Candidate

You will resolve any operational issues that may arise, whilst displaying a warm and friendly persona to give peace of mind to our customers at all times. You will be a professional, customer driven individual who enjoys delivering that personal touch to exceed our customers’ expectations.

In addition to this you will be an articulate, well-presented individual and ideally you will be computer literate and have a good understanding of Excel.

Although this role will mainly be working from Gatwick Airport, you will be expected to travel to our other terminals such as Heathrow, London City, St Pancras, Victoria Station, Southampton and Dover Docks and Airport hotels when needed.
