Client Operations Consultant (fixed term contract)
Job Introduction
Responsible for processing any booking cancellations and transfer requests, you will have excellent attention to detail in order to retain bookings and provide suitable consolidation tours to our clients where required. Your prime responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of any pre-departure changes. Whether this is by liaising with clients regarding their travel needs, to inform them that a tour is no longer operating, or by processing their transfer requests, excellent customer service skills are essential.
Role Responsibility
You will also need to liaise with third party suppliers on behalf of clients, ensuring that any and all of their needs are met, making sure that clients have to do as little extra work as possible. Ensuring that all administration for pending and pre-registration bookings, and that all bookings are updated correctly is another key part of this role. But most importantly of all, you will deliver exceptional service to our clients in the run up to their departure, ensuring they come back to Titan time and time again.
The Ideal Candidate
You should be an approachable, customer driven individual who thrives under pressure and has a great ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. Whilst experience of working in the travel industry would be welcomed, it is not essential, however a passion for travel is encouraged!
Package Description
This is a fixed term contract expected to last for 5 months. With great working hours which are Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm this encourages a good work life balance, you’ll be part of a fun and friendly team. Plus, you’ll receive a wide range of discounts on holidays, flights and more for yourself, family and friends!
