Compliance Analyst (6 months fixed term contract)

Part of the Saga Group, Titan Transport operates a VIP Home departure service for our Titan Travel and Saga clients before and after they embark on one of our luxury holidays. This ensures that our clients arrive at the port or airport comfortably and stress free.

Role Responsibility

A great opportunity to regularly use your own initiative, you’ll provide a truly vital support function within our busy Transport Head Office team. Your main challenge will be to get our compliance processes up and running effectively. That means collecting and analysing transport data relating to telematics, expenses, areas of cost and time and attendance. It also means creating management information reports that highlight any areas of non-compliance.

Along the way, you’ll liaise will colleagues across the business, as well as third party suppliers. You’ll also get to present trends to the transport management team and develop IT systems to ensure best practice compliance processes. Everything it takes, in fact, to help us deliver our business strategies and improve our drivers’ performance.

The Ideal Candidate

Bring great at analysing and presenting data, compiling reports and progressing positive actions that deliver results also comes naturally to you. What's more, you have strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a team. Proactive, well-organised and IT literate - you’re all of these. You’re also confident in your ability to constructively challenge business issues, discrete and tactful when dealing with sensitive information, communicate effectively at all levels and have a real drive to succeed.
