We are looking for a Crewing Administrator - Rivers to join our Saga Cruises team at an exciting time in Saga’s history. As a Group, Saga is taking to the seas in our brand new, luxury cruise ships and River vessels and leading the market with innovative insurance and financial products.
Within this role you will provide valuable support to the Crewing Partner - Rivers in the delivery of recruiting, administering and retaining the Saga colleagues that work onboard our River vessels. You will also play a vital role in administering the pre & post stay extension colleagues along with Special Interests (VIPs) individuals for specific River cruises.

***Please note this role is a fixed-term contract, initially 3 months. Part time 21 hours per week***
- Providing administration support to the Crewing Partner - Rivers with employment contracts, pre/post stay extensions planning and logistical requirements.
- Co-ordinating with the River Product team changes to Pre/Post stay extensions and Special Interest members.
- Supporting the Crewing Partner – Rivers with any internal and external correspondence relating to colleagues or operations onboard.
- Preparing documentation for meetings, such as agendas, presentations and reports.
- Chasing progress/updates against actions.
- Analyse and interpret data and information providing summaries for the relevant manager.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience of successfully working in an administrative function
- Understanding of Cruising or Rivers crewing function (or relevant similar industry), desirable.
- Proven communication, presentation and organisational skills able to act at all levels of the business being audience aware.
