Customer Service Advisor (Fri - Mon)

Job Introduction

In this role you will provide exceptional service to new and existing Bennetts customers by resolving queries, providing quotes and being an ambassador for our brand, through engaging and memorable experiences.

You will provide the service and experiences that our business and brand reputation is built on.  You will share our customer’s passion for biking, as they power our business.

As our Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that every one of our customers receives the highest possible level of service every time. By demonstrating ownership, passion and knowledge.

 

Shifts (Fixed 4 on 3 off)

Friday, 08:00 - 21:00.  Saturday, 09:00 - 17:00. Sunday, 10:00 - 16:00. Monday, 08:00 - 21:00.

Rest days - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Role Responsibility

  • Handling inbound contact from customers via telephone
  • Providing quotes to perspective customers
  • Amending existing policies
  • Retaining customers at renewal

Package Description

Salary £18,000-£21,000 plus bonus.

Full time, Permanent position

Fixed shifts, Friday - Monday (4 on 3 off)

City centre location, with free parking

£25 towards any gym membership
