An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Advisor to join our Service Delivery team based in Middelburg, Folkestone on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Sitting within the Customer Support area, you will take calls or respond to emails from customers to support them with their queries. This means understanding their needs, putting yourself in their shoes and getting everything right first time for them.

You will bring excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills.

Role Responsibility

• To provide our customers with exemplary service by dealing with all calls or workflow efficiently, accurately and promptly
• To ensure that all promises to customers are fulfilled
• To develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all products and processes
• To maintain client confidentiality at all times
• To be able to investigate and resolve any customer complaints providing first class customer service

Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills

Personal Characteristics:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good time management skills – a self-starter able to prioritise their own workload and work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to manage the delivery of content within tight deadlines
  • Eager to learn and develop
  • Strong numerical and literacy skills essential
