Salary £27,000 - £35,000 Depending on experience

Permanent

FT – 35 hours per week

Hybrid – Home & Hub (London or Kent)

As an Ecommerce & CRO Executive, you will have a keen interest in digital and whilst remaining customer-focused. You’ll be familiar with analytics, testing and replay tools. Using both collaboration and curiosity, you will drive performance and innovation. 

This will be a hands-on delivery role, supporting the management of Saga’s online Quote & Buy journeys, and customer account area. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our core systems, ensuring all development, issues and change are appropriately managed and act as a representative for Digital Marketing.  

Saga Insurance as a business is currently going through digital transformation, and in this role, you will  be a part of driving that change. This will be a varied role that will work cross-functionally and help set the strategy for the team on the customer journey.  

At Saga, we offer total flexibility over where you work. You choose a place that you feel most comfortable and productive, either from home or in one of our hubs in London, Ashford or Sandwich. In our Ecommerce & CRO team we typically come together to collaborate once a month.

Role Responsibility

As one of our Ecommerce & CRO Executives you will take ownership of queries related to the quote and buy applications and online account area.

Your accountabilities will include; 

  • Participating in the scoping and delivery of optimisation projects and support the Ecommerce & CRO Manager with the wider BAU change stack  
  • Using your knowledge of CRO to challenge/propose ways that communication, marketing, and customer journeys can be improved 
  • Provide advice and input to other products and campaigns
  • Recommending UX/UI best practices across other departments 
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of the CRO programme ensuring that deadlines are met and considering all elements of project delivery to mitigate risks/changes throughout the process  

 

The Ideal Candidate

As our new Ecommerce & CRO Executive, you will be passionate about digital and the online customer experience. If you have experience working within a digital transformation programme that would be an advantage.

Other skills and experience required include:

  • Knowledge of digital tools such as Analytics, Session Replay and AB testing platforms 
  • An understanding of general insurance products and how a regulated business operates 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand the commercial impact to the business and communicate this to other stakeholders   
  • Personal communication and presentation skills - able to come across as a credible team representative  
  • Comfortable working at a detailed level when needed but with the ability to think more strategically and prioritise 
  • An ability to work collaboratively across functions
