We are looking for a Efficiency Analyst to work in our CHMC function of the business based in Folkestone, Kent.
You will be running the headcount modelling and productivity programme in CHMC to ensure we meet the needs of our customers and the business. You will support and drive efficiency initiatives across the business.
You will bring a structured and solution focused approach and be comfortable interacting with both technical and operational members of staff at all levels.

Role Responsibility
- Facilitate the updating and evolution of our headcount modelling process
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance and Support teams to ensure we fully understand headcount requirements both past, present and future
- Coordinate the updating and evolution of our productivity models, to drive more effective outcomes for our business
- Effectively manage the headcount analysts to achieve key business priorities
- Become the subject matter expert on both headcount and productivity
- Working with operations and finance to identify and execute opportunities to improve our processes
- Support the development of new strategies or initiatives to improve KPI performance
- Effectively process map complex processes to create clarity on how we function, as well as potential opportunities for improvements
- Analyse data to produce tangible solutions utilising both qualitative and quantitative data
- Have a solid understanding of technology available within the business and how this can be used to enhance operational processes
- Keep up to date with new technology available within the market ensuring any potential benefit to the business is recognised
- Strong technical background with a broad understanding of IT solutions
The Ideal Candidate
Capability, Knowledge and Experience:
- T-SQL
- Claims experience
- Lean/ Six sigma trained
- Highly analytical and numeric
- Able to analyse and digest complex and varied data sets
- Self-driven with a hands-on approach
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical members of staff
- Collaborative
