Role Responsibility

  • Allocate the best and appropriate Tour Managers for all tours, ensuring we provide the best experience for our customers whilst on tour.  
  • Ensure the smooth running of tours by providing Tour Managers with the information & support as required.
  • Provide support & assistance to all Tour Managers pre/post departure & whilst on tour.
  • To highlight any areas of concern e.g. Health & Safety, Product, potential insurance liabilities, to the appropriate teams.
  • Attend monthly meetings to discuss any issues or improvements within the Field Service & Customer Service areas.
  • An awareness of internal processes & procedures, with the mind to ensure we consistently improve for both our efficiencies and customer experience.  
  • Manage the performance of Tour Managers (both UK & overseas) to ensure that they are providing Titan customers with the best possible quality care and service for every tour.
  • Authorise and ensure Tour Manager fees are paid post tour, within the specified timeframe.
  • Complete MI for Customer & Field Services Manager when required.

Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Confident in handling difficult conversations
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Assertive, customer focussed
  • Experience in report management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams & Office
  • Good knowledge of products, services and brochures
