And right now, we are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our People (HR) team on a fixed term contract basis. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for the distribution and production of all administration changes within the People Team, supporting the moments that matter.

You will bring experience in a similar position and strong MS skills including Word and Excel. There will be a particular focus on automation through utilisation of technologies so skills such as power automate and advanced Excel would be particular advantageous.

You will have effective communication and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to work and positive can-do attitude.

Please note, this is a 6 month fixed term contract position. 

Role Responsibility

  • To process the relevant contract changes, promotion paperwork for the relevant business area
  • Ensure that all business administration is completed in a timely manner
  • Maintain knowledge on systems and increase knowledge levels to enhance the service offered to the business 
  • To answer all questions that arise in the administration inbox and providing accurate and pragmatic advice (phone and email) to our colleagues and business areas
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Ensure all recruitment and internal transfers and promotions are approved in line with Corporate Governance
  • Specialise in optimizing existing spreadsheets by automating and simplifying usage 
  • Recommend new approaches and procedures to ensure continuous improvements 
  • Build frameworks through the use of coding and create dashboards to help articulate the data generated into management information 
  • Ownership of the HR database, ensuring it is accurate and compliant 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar position 
  • An ability to have discretion and a high level of confidentiality 
  • Experienced with databases 
  • Good communication and organisational skills 
  • Proficient in MS Word, advanced Excel, and Outlook 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Strong numeracy skills 
  • Have a proactive approach to work and be able to pick things up quickly and have a positive can-do attitude
