…And right now, we are looking for a HR Systems Administrator to join us. In this role, you will deliver a high quality, reliable and efficient service to colleagues, based on your training and experience, using the tools provided to do the job, and with the support of the People Systems Lead. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute towards equipping the People team with the tools to deliver an outstanding service to our colleagues, by helping the People Systems Lead to develop and deliver our suite of technology. 

You will have previously worked in a HR systems administration/data role and have a knowledge of the employee lifecycle and the processes that surround it. You will bring excellent Excel skills and strong attention to detail, being able to look at large amounts of data and spotting any inaccuracies. You will also bring a continuous improvement mind set, being able to look at problem and coming up with ideas for a solution. Lastly, you will bring an ability to maintain, use, train and advise colleagues on our HR system.

Please note, this role is a 12-month fixed term contract. 

Role Responsibility

  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence 
  • Assisting the People Systems Lead in the logical design of People systems and workflows to maximise data extraction and MI reporting in a consistent and accurate manner across the group, aiming to minimise effort and duplications of data capture 
  • Manage a schedule of standard reporting and audits, ensuring that information held within our platforms is always correct 
  • Deliver a suite of standard Management Information reports circulated to the business 
  • Using my knowledge and expertise to make sure People systems run efficiently and that accuracy in data is maintained 
  • Providing support in the annual review of security permissions for the People systems to ensure that they are appropriate and will be as required for audit 
  • Working with external providers to troubleshoot functionality issues where appropriate 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Knowledge of HR processes and requirements with experience of actively seeking to improve processes and way in which system interacts with team 
  • Knowledge of current systems and a desire for continuous improvement 
  • experience of System Design  
  • Strong communications skills 
  • An ability to Stakeholder Manage 
  • An understanding of project and change management 
  • Strong digital skills 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
