And right now we are looking for an Insight Analyst to join our Insurance Operations team to ensure strategic insight is delivered, ensuring outputs are statistically significant and provide support to make informed decisions. As Insight Analyst you will be proficient with the use of data visualisation tools to bring data to life. If you have a passion for data and insight, with an aptitude for analysis this role may be of interest to you.

Role Responsibility
- Extracting, cleansing, and joining together multiple data sources relevant for the piece of analysis
- Quality testing data to ensure its of high quality and fit for the intended use
- Creating timely and accurate insight to support key stakeholders in decision making
- Through analysis uncover ways to drive improvements to KPIs ensuring customer outcome is at the heart of everything we do
- Complete root cause analysis to determine the source of a business problem and suggest methods of resolution
- Analysis of customer journeys to understand the as is process and where improvements can be made
- Perform regular reviews of contact centre performance, and where relevant identify reasons for failing to achieve service levels to help improve future performance and track accordingly.
