And right now, We’re looking for an Internal Communications & Engagement Executive in Digital Channels and Content to join the Internal Communications Team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career with a recognised brand. In this varied and exciting role, you will deliver and evaluate high-quality range of engaging communications content for colleagues with a focus on managing and maintaining our evolving digital channels and events. Content includes business updates, colleague communications and events, wellbeing campaigns, diversity and inclusion initiatives and everything in between.

To succeed in this role, you will already have a successful track record in digital internal communications.

Role Responsibility

  • Lead, develop and execute internal communications plan and schedule in line with the wider business strategy and priorities, ensuring consistency and alignment of communication activities for both internal and external audiences
  • Writing and creating engaging, compelling content which is right for the medium and aligned to our values
  • Managing our Workplace platform and Bots from engaging content, to colleague support and new starter inductions, through to analysing and interpreting colleague data as part of our monthly colleague voice reporting
  • Be the main internal communications contact for colleagues for Meta Workplace and manage all incoming enquiries through our Colleague Communications email inbox and managing colleague and leadership distribution lists
  • Advise and engage the wider business on internal communications and content, managing stakeholder relationships; Leadership team, People team, Enterprise and Business Units to increase awareness of their strategy and activities to support the development of providing exceptional experiences for colleagues
  • Manages our colleague Knowledge Library (intranet), to ensure it is relevant, up to date and engaging in creating a great colleague user experience
  • Supporting colleague events and townhalls, both digital and in-person
  • Acts as a 'brand champion’, ensuring consistency and compliance in the development of all internal communications and Employer brand content on social media

The Ideal Candidate

  • Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent)
  • Degree (desirable) or relevant business experience
  • Previous Internal communication or engagement experience, minimum of 5 years
  • Previous experience of internal digital communications and channel management is essential
  • Development of reporting channel performance, analytics and metrics, setting goals and identifying gaps and opportunities
  • Passion for great internal communication and colleague engagement that drives business results and identify opportunities to maximise reach across target audiences
  • Responsive, reactive, and delivery focused
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Building relationships with a variety of stakeholders and the ability to effectively prioritise workloads to deadlines
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • Collaborative team player with a dedication to driving change
  • Courage to challenge and improve existing processes
  • Proven ability to drive engagement across organisations inspiring others to play their part and fulfil their potential
  • Ability to inspire a sense of pride while being instrumental in playing back colleague voice and using feedback to shape what we do
