…. And right now, we are looking for a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to work in our Technology Operations Team. You will be responsible for leading a team of technology engineers and supporting and maintaining the IT infrastructure that support the business. You will do this by delivering outstanding service and providing technical ownership for challenges across the technology estate.

Role Responsibility

 As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer your top 5 responsibilities are:  

  • Leading a team of engineers, acting as a point of escalation, providing guidance and support as required.  

  • Owning the delivery and resolution of project actions, technical problems & incidents.  

  • Liaising with internal and external partners, including user groups, technical IT consultants and project managers. 

  • Demonstrating an elevated level of technical expertise in Microsoft technologies and virtualisation. 

  • Supporting the technology operations management team in developing and delivering innovative technology initiatives.

  • Active Directory Integrated Certificate Services 

  • VMware Stack Management 

  • Azure Administration 

  • Good understanding of cyber security
