…And right now, we are looking for a Lead Process Analyst to work in our insurance part of the business at an exciting time in Saga’s history. As a Group, Saga is taking to the seas in our brand new, luxury cruise ships, leading the market with innovative insurance and financial products.     

You will be responsible for identifying areas where improvements can be made to enhance customer experience, colleague experience or efficiency. I work collaboratively with various areas to ensure robust, scalable solutions are delivered to exceed expectations.

Role Responsibility

  • Mapping complex processes to create clarity on how we function and where there are opportunities to improve
  • Having a strong understanding of the capabilities of robotics and being committed to keeping this up to date as the software advances
  • Lead discovery sessions to ensure a full understanding of the “as is” process and work with SMEs to build a robust “to be”
  • Effectively re-engineer processes when needed
  • Effectively remove blockers to ensure the robotics programme delivers with precision pace
  • Managing aspects of the change cycle – for example, daily stand ups/ retros
  • Supporting developers through the development lifecycle ensuring blockers are effectively removed to avoid hindering deadlines
  • Monitor the performance of deployed automations ensuring and post production issues are highlighted and resolved within the agreed timeframes
  • Support the development of the analysts through honest feedback and effective coaching

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong understanding of insurance. 

  • Effective negotiator and influencer.  

  • Extremely adaptable and able to balance multiple priorities at once.  

  • Effective leadership & management. 

  • Business Analyst experience. 

  • Strong understanding of robotics, ideally UiPath.
