Our people are everything to us in the way they deliver exceptional experiences for our customers, for our colleagues every day. The way they ‘own’ what they do. Their 'Why's it like that?' curiosity. How they always think of others and work together to get things done. For us, and you, ‘make do’ will never do, or ‘Good enough’ are not even close. Come and do the best work of your life alongside fantastic, professional, and appreciative colleagues.
Right now, we are looking for a Lead Technology Engineer to work in our Technology Operations Team. The Lead role is pivotal in helping to balance the often-competing demands of larger scale business change by way of projects, business as usual tasks such as incidents, and ongoing maintenance tasks to keep infrastructure and infrastructure applications working effectively.
You will be 1 of 3 Lead Engineers who are responsible for leading a team of technology engineers to deliver project actions, such as technical recommendations, technical change, and documentation. As you would expect project work only accounts for some of the team’s workload, BAU and infrastructure maintenance also need focus. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how they balance these demands. In other words, you will do this by delivering outstanding service and providing technical ownership for challenges across the technology estate.
In return, you can look forward to all the responsibility and involvement of an integral role, providing you with a rewarding and fast-paced career with an excellent benefits package.
If this is of interest to then we would be keen to hear from you!
