We are looking for an MI Analyst to join our Finance Team. In this role you will be responsible for the day to day management, maintenance and production of routine enquiries and metrics to monitor and support Cruise Contact Centre performance as well as  supporting the Senior MI Analyst in the production of ad-hoc reports for the business from a variety of data sources.

Role Responsibility

  • Day to day management, maintenance and production of routine enquiries and metrics to monitor and support Cruise Contact Centre performance.
  • Supporting the Senior MI Analyst in production of ad-hoc reports for the business from a variety of data sources.
  • Supporting the Senior MI Analyst in the timely delivery of Daily and Weekly Sales Data.
  • Identifying areas of improvement in processes, learning and systems, and referring them to the Senior MI Analyst, primarily from the insight of MI/data.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support Saga’s strategic initiatives and to deliver and exceed targets.
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence

The Ideal Candidate

  • High degree of numeracy and analytical thinking
  • Detail orientated to ensure high quality output
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple work streams and to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, confidence to engage with stakeholders at a range of levels.
  • Team player ready to support colleagues and contribute to solution finding
  • High level of IT proficiency, including strong knowledge of MS Office particularly Microsoft Excel including Array Formulae, Power Query and VBA.
  • A knowledge of SQL and SAP Business Objects would be a definite advantage, but not essential.
