MI and Insight Analyst
Job Introduction
Bennetts are recruiting for an experienced analyst that can tap into our data assets and create actionable business insight.
You’ll support the Insight Manager by handling requests from across the business, whilst developing new insights and supporting a Data Culture.
You will need to be passionate about data and analytics and have a proactive approach to learning about the business.
Role Responsibility

A strong understanding and interest in the power data, how it can be transformed into useful insight and an ability to draw out trends and patterns. |

Good ‘eye for detail’ and vigilance in producing accurate MI and analysis. |

Self-starting and problem-solving. Using own initiative to explore new ideas and improve existing processes. |

Work well with colleagues to explore opportunities to deliver the required information. A good communicator who can convey processes and ideas. |

Desire to understand our business and use this newly acquired knowledge to interpret results and make recommendations. |
| Skilled and Experienced |
Experience using data to create analysis, interpret results and present findings. Experience of SQL, Tableau of other data tools. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Good communication skills, which will be used to deliver findings of analysis. Highly analytical and Numerate. |
