And right now, we are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Customer Engagement team. We are looking for individuals who are curious by nature, comfortable asking why and are full of ideas! In this role you will work within a team to help create and refine our engagement programme, whilst helping to shape our approach to increasing a customers multi-product holding, all the while keeping exceptional customer experience at the heart of what you do.
You should be able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels. You share our ethos that every customer experience should be exceptional, you will be tech-savvy, able to utilise tools such as Excel and Adobe Campaign for analysis. You thrive working in a team environment, working towards a common goals and measures.

Role Responsibility
- Actively contribute to the Customer acquisition programme delivering against customer satisfaction, cross-sell, upgrades and retention initiatives including on and offline campaigns, journey mapping and optimisation, improving documentation and communicating with customers around the considerable additional benefits of being insured with Saga
- Actively contribute to working groups covering Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations and IT
- Delivering and supporting Customer Acquisition activity primarily focussed around cross-sell, upgrades and retention but also helping deliver against the customer journey communications aimed at keeping customers informed and engaged about the products they hold and the wider products and services that Saga offer
- Work closely with Operations to support in the delivery of Agent Generated cross-sell, helping to ensure that budgeted quotes and policies are met
- Co-ordinate and help to deliver a schedule of Prize Draws working with the Operations team, that help to encourage customers appetite to receive cross-quotes on the phone
- Review and update the on and offline customer journey to ensure that follow up communications are timely and relevant introducing testing to optimise take up
The Ideal Candidate
- Marketing, Campaign or Regulatory communications experience (customer focused) within a regulatory environment (preferred)
- Experience in a comms planning, media planning, digital strategy, or a social planning role; expertise in developing customer-focused solutions, marketing, and transformational communications (preferred)
- Some experience and/or awareness of integrated campaign delivery across multiple internal touchpoints and channels; with proven ability of successful campaign execution delivered within regulatory requirements
- Co-ordination skills – able to co-ordinate and lead projects across the business
- Ability to use insights to drive greater connection with consumers
- Superior professionalism with internal and external teams
- Naturally curious and creative individual; able to think around problems
- A rigorous and logical thinker
- High levels of drive, enthusiasm, and energy
