Mi and Insight Manager
Job Introduction
You will be responsible for all management information and analysis across the business, as well as helping design and maintain the underlying data structure.

Accurate management information is available to stakeholders on time in a format that is practical to consume. |

Ad hoc requests for information are responded to, timescales are agreed, and you demonstrate openness and approachability. |

New facts about the business are shared with the team and are used to inform decisions. |

Analyse data to identify root causes of issues. |

Keep organised |
The core suite of management information is documented, version controlled and sensibly structured, ensuring working practices can be audited. |

Direct report management and development |
Provide leadership and support to develop an Analyst who you will have line management responsibility for. |
The Ideal Candidate
|
Data-centric and analytical |
A strong understanding of databases and analytics e.g. SQL, Tableau, plus a high level of numeracy and an understanding of mathematical and logical concepts. |

Focussed, with attention to detail |
Good ‘eye for detail’ and vigilance in producing accurate MI and analysis. |
|
Industrious and motivated |
Self-starting and problem-solving. Using own initiative to explore new ideas and improve existing processes. |

Work well with colleagues to explore opportunities to deliver the information required. A strong communicator who can easily convey complex processes and ideas. |

Package Description
£40,000 - £55,000 p.a.
Annual Bonus Scheme
