Bennetts are recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator that can ensure the day to day smooth running of the office environment. You’ll provide departmental administration support, work as a central hub for managing and maintaining a number of administration tasks and general office management. You’ll need to be proactive in identifying the needs of the team, the department and any visitors, understanding both internal and external customer needs, in order to deliver exceptional support. You will also deputise for the department PA in their absence.
Work as part of a team with other departmental PA’s to manage workflow and support the business.
Be proactive in identifying the needs of the team, the department and any visitors, taking any necessary steps to ensure that all facility requirements are provided for and within time frames.
Meetings are organised in diaries allowing enough time for workload to be completed.
Ensure the team have what they need for a safe/operating office.
To attend meetings where required & take accurate minutes. Collate & distribute reports/presentations and action updates.
The Ideal Candidate
Should be discreet, diplomatic, appropriate and confidential when required, able to use judgement.
Will set high standards and role model our Bennetts’ Principles, encouraging others to do the same.
Will keep up to date with administration tasks ensuring deadlines are met. Take ownership of own time and workload with a high attention to detail.
