Salary £27,000 - £29,000 per annum
FTC- 12 Months
Full Time - 35 hours per week (Open to discussion on some flex with hours, but would require a minimum of 30 hours per week)
Hybrid role – Home / Hub working (London, Kings Cross or Folkestone, Enbrook)
Here at Saga, we’re looking for a detail-orientated and adaptable individual to join our Product and Partnerships team to collate, analyse, and distribute timely reports that support critical data-led decision-making across the business.
Your day-to-day will involve a variety of administrative tasks, including defect tracking, data gathering, meeting support, and maintaining action logs, all of which contribute to the smooth running of the team.
This is an exciting opportunity to support teams that manage high-profile insurance partnerships—including AXA, Allianz, Covea, and Lloyds by managing data flows and assisting with performance and customer outcome analysis. Your work will contribute to the effective management and mitigation of supplier-related risks, internal defects and wide-ranging commercial and regulatory challenges.
This role is ideal for someone who is collaborative, enjoys working with data and solving problems, and can demonstrate a capacity to respond to changing priorities.

** Hybrid working, your allocated Hub will be London, King's Cross or Folkestone, Enbrook. You will need to be willing to commute to these hubs a minimum of 1-2 times a month. Travel to locations that are not your base hub is expensed.
Role Responsibility
- Supporting our Commercial and Third-Party functions by running, collating and distributing a range of key reports for internal and external use, including but not limited to:
- Panel performance MI
- Customer Satisfaction data
- Regulatory/Market governance data
- Supporting the delivery of key actions and initiatives through capturing, logging, and tracking meeting updates and actions.
- Tracking and monitoring defects involving or affecting key insurer partners by attending weekly defect meetings, updating defect logs and communicating progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaising with internal and external teams, including Panel Insurers, Product Governance, Finance MI, Ops Underwriting, Change, and others.
- Recognising issues and escalating appropriately to colleagues within the immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Identification of low-value activity and where processes could benefit from automation and/or simplification.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to make sure my team and I support Saga’s strategic initiatives.
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
The Ideal Candidate
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- An understanding of insurance processes or fundamentals (advantageous but not essential)
- Working experience in an administrative or support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- A flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
- Strong organisational skills with experience managing multiple tasks effectively
