Salary Up to £55,000 DOE
Permanent – 35 hours a week

As a People Technology Lead you will be joining us at a pivotal point in our digitalisation journey. You will be a technical expert responsible for creating digital solutions within the People Team, developing the People systems architecture and integration of multiple systems with other internal and external systems.
You will drive innovation, creating automation and explore new digital ways to optimise our People systems and processes. Supporting and upskilling the wider People team to transform the way we work and maximise the utilisation and benefits of technology.
The role will understand our technology in detail and be able to leverage the best approach to resolving challenges and issues, highlighting gaps, understanding requirements, unblocking technology challenges as well as driving selection of new technology.

Role Responsibility
- Responsible for maintaining and developing the People system infrastructure and development of system integrations.
- Implementation of systems changes/enhancements and new implementations
- Ensure the overall design and feasibility of systems is fit for purpose and in line with business needs
- Maintains up to date knowledge of the People System landscape
- Review current setup, challenging processes/configuration
- Collaborating closely with the wider People teams and Technology teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, process efficiency and data-driven decision making
- Building effective operating and governance processes
- Driving the digitalisation of the People team including creating and delivering guidance and training for all people team maximising the utilisation and benefits of technology
- Manage the transition from manual to system-generated processes
- Work with the Technology function to ensure smooth integration with other systems
- Keep up to date with the latest HR systems developments and best practice
The Ideal Candidate
We need our new People Technology Lead to ideally have experience working within a large or complex organisation. Other experience would also include:
- Significant experience of HR systems
- Strong Project management skills with proven experience of system implementation
- HR background, understanding HR operations
- Highly IT literate with demonstratable experience with multiple HR systems, Microsoft packages, One Drive/SharePoint
- Desirable – previous experience of implementing a HRIS
- Desirable - experience with data management and data integration platforms
