Right now, we are looking for a Performance & Talent Manager to join our People Team and support the People Director and Executive Leadership Team in shaping our approach to performance management, focusing on the 'what' and the 'how' to drive our cultural reset where performance and delivery through the right behaviours become the norm.  

You will be designing tools, guides, and measures for delivering the reset of performance culture and the systems needed to enable leaders to lead. You will coordinate the launch of this original approach to performance and be a key player in driving long term success for both the business and the colleagues that make it.

Role Responsibility

  • Design and deliver employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training)
  • Develop mentoring and coaching sessions for employees
  • Build succession plans
  • Design employee promotion policies
  • Discuss career-pathing options with high-potential employees
  • Conduct skills gap analyses to determine strategic hiring needs
  • Develop performance management tools

The Ideal Candidate

  • An expert in their area
  • Knowledge of the latest performance trends and how people develop.
  • Experience in designing and delivering performance programmes.
  • Skilled in performance design & cycle.
  • Proven business acumen within a similar size corporate environment.
  • Fantastic communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project and change management skills with an eye to digital.
