Right now, we are looking for a Performance & Talent Manager to join our People Team and support the People Director and Executive Leadership Team in shaping our approach to performance management, focusing on the 'what' and the 'how' to drive our cultural reset where performance and delivery through the right behaviours become the norm.
You will be designing tools, guides, and measures for delivering the reset of performance culture and the systems needed to enable leaders to lead. You will coordinate the launch of this original approach to performance and be a key player in driving long term success for both the business and the colleagues that make it.

- Knowledge of the latest performance trends and how people develop.
- Experience in designing and delivering performance programmes.
- Skilled in performance design & cycle.
- Proven business acumen.
- Fantastic communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Project and change management skills with an eye to digital.
