Job Introduction

Working closing with colleagues across the business is also important to ensuring the continual smooth running of our holidays, by reporting any updates and changes as required to the right department – from Sales and Marketing to Field Services and Finance. You’ll become the main point of contact for day-to-day queries from the business, handling all those that relate to your assigned Product area and tours, and responding with swift decisions and answers to problems.

 

Role Responsibility

Responsible for the creation, contracting and day-to-day administration of all our tours and products, you will play a key part in the smooth running of customer experiences. Ensuring all tours are set and ready to be enjoyed, you’ll dot all the i’s and cross all the t’s to make sure there’s little margin of error. You’ll strike up strong and persuasive working relationships with our suppliers, getting us the best service and best support you can, so we can provide the same for our clients.

The Ideal Candidate

You should be a keen team player, with excellent communication and organisation skills, who brings a customer centered approach and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude to work. An excellent eye for detail is essential, as is the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced business environment. A passion for travel and the ambition to develop within the role, and within Titan, is also crucial!
