This is an exciting opportunity for internal progression to join our product team as a Product Executive.
The Product Executive is responsible for supporting the Product Management team in the smooth operation, development, and administration of travel products and supplier relationships.
This role ensures contracts, costing briefs, supplier relationships, and commercial systems are accurately managed while maintaining strong cross-department collaboration. The Product Executive also acts as a key support point for operational efficiency, quality control, supplier communication, and product development initiatives.
This role requires you to be working from our Folkestone office a minimum of 3 times a week. We have designated office space for colleagues in our Travel business, allowing us to collaborate and share success as a function.

Role Responsibility
As our new Product Executive you will be responsible for providing administrative support for Product Managers.
Other accountabilities will include:
• Creating all contracts, including Terms and Conditions, annexes, and variations
• Ensuring all contracts are signed, logged, and managed to agreed timelines
• Creating and updating Trip Planners (product costing briefs) for Product Managers to review and sign off
• Conducting year-on-year rate comparisons and commercial analysis
• Raising and maintaining date grids accurately
• Supporting Product Managers in securing allocations with suppliers
• Assisting Product Managers in negotiating supplier rates
• Supporting the development of new tours and researching innovative ideas to excite customers
• Planning and booking familiarisation (FAM) and educational trips for colleagues and trade agents
• Populating and maintaining commercial fields within the internal system
• Building and maintaining strong collaborative working relationships with other departments, particularly Product Operations, to ensure smooth business operations
• Acting as the escalation point for quality issues and responding with a customer-first mindset
• Setting up new tour content within the internal system and approving where required
• Serving as the escalation point for supplier overbookings and stop-sale requests
• Liaising with the Health & Safety team to ensure new suppliers are fully assessed and compliant
• Representing the company at trade shows, corporate functions, and occasional overseas educational trips
• Taking ownership of assigned products and supplier relationships while acting as their internal champion across departments.
The Ideal Candidate
As our Product Executive, you will have prior experience supporting product, contracting and operations teams within travel.
Previous experience in the travel, tourism or hospitality industry would also be advantageous.
We are open to considering recent graduates with language skills, looking for their first step into a career in Travel.
You will also need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
• Creating, reviewing, and managing supplier contracts
• Commercial awareness and rate analysis
• Strong administration skills in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and numeracy skills
• Strong written communication and presentation abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Data accuracy and reporting
• Skilled in supplier relationship management
• Deadline and timeline management
• Clear reporting and follow-up
