And right now we are seeking a Project Manager to join our Enterprise Change team, to manage the delivery of multiple, high profile projects with a focus on strategic and innovation priorities within the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project Manager to come in and shape strategy and, deliver on transformative projects. In this role, no two days or projects will be the same, you will be exposed to all areas and groups across the business. You should be a confident communicator, with strong stakeholder management skills. You will bring with you experience of analysing information and, using expertise and judgement to resolve non-routine problems.

Role Responsibility

  • Responsible for Project planning, steering and execution of single workstream within a larger Project or Programme or small to medium scale projects
  • Ensures financial accountability against approved budget
  • Develops and manages resource plan, including securing commitment of SME resources as required
  • Delivers projects to agreed quality standards using Saga’s approved change approach and methodology
  • Prepares and chairs regular meetings for progress review with stakeholders
  • Provides regular programme transparency by reporting project status via appropriate tools such as project dashboards and Sharepoint
