An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Executive to join our HR team in Redhill, Surrey..

As a Recruitment Executive, you'll be responsible for carer recruitment, ensuring targets are met and delivered in line with Saga's expectations.  

You'll bring excellent communication skills, verbally and written.

Role Responsibility

Resource:

  • Respond to enquires within the defined set service level agreement.
  • Keep candidates engaged and responds quickly to be ahead of any competitors.
  • Pre-screen, interview and process candidates in a professional manner but with pace.
  • Work with the Operations team and attend the daily "Buzz Meeting" to keep the business informed of the recruitment pipeline.
  • Reflect on process and identifies where things need to change to ensure smooth recruitment process that just keeps getting better / responds to market changes.

Business Development:

  • Investigate potential websites for Carer advertising and propose suggestions to the Senior Recruiter.
  • Negotiate rates and set up accounts with websites as applicable.
  • Work alongside the Social Media teams to support the online advertising presence of the brands.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team and mirror client advertising by area.
  • Set up recruitment campaigns / group interviews by region to maximise growth in relevant areas.
  • Follow up and liaise with all applicants offering support and assistance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Investigate / target areas where growth is required and provide the Senior Recruiter advertising suggestions.
  • Investigate opportunities within publications aimed at our Carer market and propose suggestions to the Senior Recruiter.
  • Negotiate and set up accounts with publications as applicable.
  • Investigate promotional exhibitions / trade shows aimed at the Carer market and submit proposals to the Senior Recruiter.
  • Attend business development presentations / networking events.

Internal/External Contact:

  • Network as necessary to promote Saga Healthcare’s Services.
  • Carry out the interview process and be able to identify skills to match appropriately.
  • Liaise with external suppliers.
  • Be available to answer recruitment calls and follow up work as necessary.
  • Act as an overflow to other departments to ensure effective call answering and assist where necessary.

Resource Administration:

  • Preparation of Data and Reports as required.
  • Maintain Spreadsheets and use relevant reporting systems as required.

General:

  • Adopt a flexible, enthusiastic and driven approach to achieving the financial goals of the business.
  • Contribute to maintaining a high level of housekeeping and attention to health and safety issue so as to create a healthy and safe working environment.
  • Willingly carry out any other duties deemed appropriate by the Company in line with the company Employee Handbook.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Recruitment experience essential
  • Resourcing experience desirable
