With a hybrid approach requiring some days in our Folkestone and/or London office. You will need to be within a reasonable commuting distance from Folkestone/London to undertake this role.

…And right now we are in search of a Research & Insights Executive to join our team. We are seeking a confident collaborator able to support the Insight Lead in managing research programmes, whilst acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business. 

You will manage and optimise relationships with internal stakeholders and agency relationships, ensuring data and insights are delivered to the business with accuracy and in line with agreed timeframes. You will pull insights from a wide source of data and wider network, and your natural sense of curiosity will drive you to keep up to date with new approaches and techniques

Role Responsibility

  • Support the Insight Lead in the day to day management of research programmes 

  • Run smaller ad hoc projects independently, and larger more strategic projects in conjunction with the Insight Lead 

  • Respond to requests for insight from the business; understanding the business challenge, conducting deep dive/diagnostic  analysis and delivering any insights in an engaging way that drives action 

  • Contribute to the regular monthly and quarterly insight reporting 

  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the insight team to ensure insights are joined up and communicated in a way that engages and drives action in the business 

  • Work collaboratively with Data and Analytics to create a joined up 360° view of the customer 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Producing Insight not data, story-telling skills, ability to synthesise data from multiple sources 

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) to ensure insight cut-through 

  • Good project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and research requests with demanding deadlines 

  • Attention to detail and accuracy  

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with high level of numeracy 

  • Ability to understand the business challenge, to write a brief and ensure that it is answered through insight
