Reward Administrator

With visits to the Folkestone office required so the role would suit those that are Kent and East Sussex based and would require a broadband internet connection of 10mbps if you were to be successful with your application. 

…And right now, we are looking for a Reward Administrator to work in our process and automation team in our insurance side of the business at an exciting time in Saga’s history. As a Group, Saga is taking to the seas in our brand new, luxury cruise ships, leading the market with innovative insurance and financial products.  

You will be responsible for the governance, administration, and performance of operational reward schemes.

Role Responsibility

As a Reward Administrator your top 5 responsibilities will be: 

  • Governance and tracking of operational reward schemes. 

  • Where required working collaboratively with the risk team to ensure appropriate controls are in place, schemes are in the best interest of our customers, and are meeting regulatory requirements.  

  • Administrating reward schemes in line with payroll deadlines. 

  • Reviewing reward targets and payment mechanisms each month to ensure overall payment is within budget. 

  • Performing regular reviews of reward KPI’s, actively highlighting ways to improve customer and colleague experiences as well as performance in any other area.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Office 365 including advanced Excel. 

  • SQL. 

  • VBA. 

  • Tableau. 

  • Keen eye for detail. 

  • Excellent communication. 

  • Financial services experience.  

  • Data management and reporting.
