And right now, you will support on a variety of day-to-day activities and our annual reward cycle. This role covers both the compensation side and benefits side of our Reward team. The role delivers key business support, being a first line of communication for all reward and benefits queries, engaging with both colleagues and external providers to deliver the best experience possible for our colleagues.  

Role Responsibility

  • Day to day management of all reward and benefits queries - providing a high level of service for our colleagues, helping to create an exceptional colleague experience from the Reward team.
  • Support on improving colleague experience on our benefit platform, understanding the platform and content, and leading in the system administration including maintaining colleague security permissions.
  • Develop effective relationships both internally in the People Team and across the wider business and externally with our reward and benefit suppliers.
  • Data auditing – ensuring our reward and benefit data is accurately recorded on our People Systems and liaising with relevant stakeholders to correct errors.
  • Data administration – managing our weekly data administration for our benefits platform and external data uploads for benefit suppliers.
  • Helping to drive development in our benefits platform, creating monthly MI dashboards to provide key insights into colleague activity.
  • Support Reward Analyst on salary benchmarking, including reviewing job descriptions, using our benchmarking process to benchmark salaries, supporting on data and business partnering.
  • Support the Team with annual and adhoc projects.
  • Support the team to increase colleague experience with Reward and Benefits from the everyday to developing our processes and communications to improve colleague experience.
  • Support in gathering external reward and benefit discovery insights.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of working in a reward and benefits team.
  • Experience in working within a support or administrative function
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Handling sensitive data
  • Excellent Communications skills
  • Customer centric
  • Stakeholder Management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible / Resilient to challenge and to fast paced environment
