And right now, we are looking for a Saga Magazine Sales Agent to join our busy Publishing Subscriptions Sales team. In this role, you will be selling subscriptions to Saga Magazine through both inbound and outbound customer calls. You will respond quickly to queries, minimise cancellations, promote offers and adhere to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements. 

You will have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, able to work under pressure but with empathy, possess excellent organisational skills and deliver high levels of accuracy and results.

Role Responsibility

  • To sell subscriptions through Inbound and Outbound to calls Saga publishing titles, including upselling and cross-selling of offers and payment methods.  

  • To provide excellent levels of customer service, ensuring customers are strongly valued.  

  • Provide exceptional experiences every day through written and email correspondence.  

  • Maximise subscription retention opportunities through our active saves programme.  

  • Processing Saga Magazine subscriptions for both print and digital formats.

  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable, to accommodate business and customer needs 

  • Ability to demonstrate self- control and stay calm under pressure
