And right now, we are looking for a SecOps Engineer to join our Technology Operations Team. You will be part of a team that supports and maintains infrastructure and security applications across the Saga business applying excellent operational focus on system stability, security, performance, and reliability.
Reporting into the Colleague Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting applications including CyberArk, Office 365 and email routing, and Zscaler.

Role Responsibility

As a SecOps Engineer your responsibilities will be:
- Providing technical support for infrastructure and security applications within Saga, liaising with other technical teams and vendors to implement fixes and upgrades as required. Acting as a point of escalation for complex problems and incidents.
- Developing and maintaining relevant documentation, and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Being able to work and with Cyber Security teams for vulnerabilities and security improvements.
- Monitoring systems and proactively recognising and raising issues to the business and to the Technology team where required.
- Administering the system maintenance procedures; raising, taking ownership and updating change requests and faults, and communicating their progress to both internal and external colleagues.
- Owning the planning and implementation of systems upgrades to ensure application stability.
- Working within project teams to introduce new infrastructure and security applications to support the Saga business.
- Actively supporting the incident response processes including incident triage, containment, eradication, and resolution.
The Ideal Candidate
- Recent experience of implementing and supporting CyberArk Privilege Cloud SaaS solution is essential.
- Experience of supporting CyberArk Privileged Access Manager self-hosted solution would be advantageous.
- Proven experience of working in a technical role within a corporate environment.
- Experience of supporting Microsoft 365, Check Point Endpoint, Zscaler or Proofpoint would also be advantageous.
- A good understanding of cyber security principles and experience of working with information security teams.
- Methodical approach to problem solving, works through a problem in a controlled, logical manner using a consistent approach enabling an efficient resolution to both simple and complex problems.
- Able to complete allocated tasks with minimum supervision to tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Should be capable of communicating effectively with colleagues from all areas of the organisation using a variety of techniques.
- Resilient, able to work methodically under pressure.
