Supplier Relationship MI Executive

We are looking for a Supplier Relationship MI Executive to join our Supplier Relationship Team.

This role is integral to the success of the Supplier Relationship Team in the production, initial analysis and distribution of MI. The MI collation and monitoring is vital to report our BAU position, contractual adherence to service level agreements and is utilised to support further analysis and commentary for a wide range of meetings, e.g. EXCO, Trading, Supplier Review Committee and Monthly MI Meetings, as well as audit functions.

In addition, the role supports the delivery of MI to support other areas of the business with their requirements and is a general point of contact for our Suppliers for general performance and MI enquiries.

Role Responsibility

  • Acting as a key contact for SAGA Services’ external organisations and Suppliers
  • Collating and charting Weekly Supplier MI to evidence performance variations across all products and highlight trends in variation for further analysis
  • To produce monthly MI reports for circulation to the team for further analysis
  • Produce ad-hoc MI reports on request
  • Producing regular Supplier MI reports for management meetings
  • Collating updates for strategic meetings packs with Suppliers
  • To undertake supplier telephone line checks, including out of hours, and capture the relevant measurements for the overall customer experience etc
  • Conduct base analysis and provide summary reporting to support further analysis on Supplier MI performance as required
  • Support with additional analysis where any emerging trends are identified, and further investigation is required
  • Manage requests for MI to support other areas of the business with their requirements such as Product, Customer Research, Claims Intervention Team and ST&H
  • Support the wider Supplier Relationship team, specifically with preparation work in support of audits, and collation of MI for relationship visits as required, inclusive of supporting attendance where needed

The Ideal Candidate

Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Able to prioritise and have a structured approach to working
  • Able to work with a high degree of accuracy, often under demanding timelines
  • Excellent keyboard and PC skills, particularly MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • The ability to collate varied and often complex MI from internal and external sources for analysis and production of high-quality reports
  • Ability to develop excellent working relationships with suppliers and all stakeholders both internal and external

Education and Qualifications:

  • A good knowledge of MS excel is required
  • Good standard of secondary education
