Test Analyst - Bennetts
Bennetts are recruiting a Test Analyst to work within our Agile teams, ensuring timely delivery of quality software development for the business.
Working with the Software Quality Manager and Head of Development, you will initially support our manual testing, but be expected to develop the necessary knowledge and skill sets to develop your test automation capabilities as well.
Collaborate with IT and customers to define, document and execute the required testing to deliver quality software within the expected timescales.
Support continuous improvement, reflecting on your own delivery, identifying where improvements can be made and sharing ideas for new initiatives with the team.
Ensure business requirements are understood, and that acceptance criteria provides sufficient coverage, resulting in timely and quality releases.
Endorse the Test & Analysis practice. Be proactive in providing feedback on methodologies and techniques used. Embrace change promoting and supporting new initiatives.
Work with the Software Quality Manager and Head of Development to establish effective phasing of a tests skill set to support changing business priorities.
The Ideal Candidate
Will be Customer focused. Understanding the customers' product and ensuring their requirements are met functionally and from a user's perspective.
Should be collaborative. Communicating effectively with the IT team and customers to ensure deliverables are clearly understood, documented and on time.

Be inquisitive and a natural problem solver. Not afraid to make assumptions, investigate and question where necessary.
