And right now, we are looking for a Content Writer to join us on a fixed term contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of new content and customer journeys which gives the customer the best experience across device types. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with key projects to help deliver transformation across our travel business. 

You will bring previous experience in a similar role and an understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization). You will have an ability to think creatively and an analytical understating.

Role Responsibility

  • Support existing Web Content Editors within Travel on the new website build and content migration etc.  
  • Running the scheduling and implementation of new content to support BAU and key campaign periods    
  • To work with the marketing campaign teams to champion best in class online journeys and ensuring a digital first approach is taken across campaigns 
  • To make recommendations to colleagues on the best online journeys for customers across mobile, tablet and desktop journeys  
  • To collaborate with colleagues across the E-commerce team to develop user journey tests, evaluate results and implement improved customer journeys online 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Content creation experience  
  • Knowledge of website experience tools, use of analytics tools 
  • Campaign management experience 
  • Understanding of SEO 
  • Understanding of user testing 
  • An ability to think creatively 
  • Analytical understanding  
  • Great communications skills 
  • Stakeholder Management skills
