And right now, we are looking for a Website Content Editor to join our Marketing department where you will be responsible for the implementation of new content and customer journeys which give the customer the best experience across device types.
Role Responsibility
- Support existing Web Content Editors within Travel on the new Website build and content migration etc.
- Running the scheduling and implementation of new content to support BAU and key campaign periods.
- To work with the marketing campaign teams to champion best in class online journeys and ensuring a digital first approach is taken across campaigns.
- To make recommendations to colleagues on the best online journeys for customers across mobile, tablet and desktop journeys.
- To work with colleagues across the E-commerce team to develop user journey tests, evaluate results and implement improved customer journeys online.
- To develop a schedule of navigation and content updates, monitor their impact and make recommendations on improvements based on successes and learnings.
- Liaise with back-end developers and other technical roles needed to ensure the smooth running and performance of the website and getting activity live.
- Liaise with the E-commerce trading lead to identify future opportunities, set up tracking and performance updates.
- Liaising with copy writers to ensure future content is developed in accordance with best practice and enhances the customer journey.
- Liaise with SEO agency to develop the content creation plan and its implementation to ensure we are gaining the maximum benefits of in organic search.
