Our digital marketing team at Saga Travel Group is evolving, we are looking for a Website Lead to fully manage and oversee everything across two key website domains. Covering everything from content management, user experience, customer journeys and conversion.

This is a crucial hire, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Saga Travel Group websites, making sure content is up to date, campaigns and promotions are launched on time and vitally you’ll take ownership of the customer and commercial performance of the sites. Proactively using web analytics data and trading insight to understand both traffic to the site, subsequent conversion and then identifying and implementing opportunities to maximise conversion through both rapid updates to the site via the CMS or working closely with the CRO Lead to implement optimisation and personalisation test on the site. Beyond the daily updates and optimisation, you’ll also feed in your requirements to the digital development roadmap for enhancements you identify to drive improvements for customer experience and conversion.

We are a team of experts across Marketing, CRM, Analytics & CRO and Digital channels, so your insight and knowledge will be embraced by the team to help monitor and understand the traffic, audiences and demand into the sites and the subsequent customer action and conversion both online and offline.

You’ll work with the marketing and commercial teams to ensure the websites showcase our offers and promotions online but also put checks and measures in place to ensure we update the site and customer experience based on product availability. You’ll also work with the omni-channel teams to monitor and optimise the customer experience across channels.

Finally, you’ll work closely with the post-sale customer servicing team to best service customers who are looking to self-serve online with FAQs, help content and links to Manage-My-Booking, improving customer experience and reducing service calls.

We work in a hybrid way at Saga both at home and in the office. When you do come into the office, it’ll be with a real purpose in mind – to meet with your team, to work together, and of course to socialise and celebrate too!  The STG Digital team meet every month in person at one of our hubs based in London, Ashford or Crawley. You are welcome to book a desk when you need to be in the office.
