In this newly created role of  Change Impact Analyst you will be instrumental in driving operational transformation and facilitating the achievement of strategic objectives.

You will be a natural communication, as your effectively engage with Liaise with a variety of stakeholders to ensure change strategies are aligned to the business strategies and project visions.

Reporting to the Operations Strategy Deliver Manager, you will work closely with the Change Manager to regularly review effectiveness of change plans and adapt as required to optimise outcomes

Role Responsibility

As a Change Impact Analyst you will use your business analytics skills to perform change impact analysis, identifying gaps and determine scope of change management - including strategy, resources, estimates and plans.

Other accountabilities include:

  • Using Business Analysis (BA) tools and techniques to capture, clearly articulate and document the as-is business processes
  • Act as operational impact lead in key projects/business changes
  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to demonstrate understanding of business processes, proposed solutions and possible risks; to ensure complete understanding of the impact of the change, across the business
  • Communicate changes plans to all required stakeholders in all levels of the business
  • Update and maintain a change calendar and track and report issues which have impact on operational resources
  • Develop change management and communication frameworks and plans
  • Responsible for receiving, raising, analysing and issuing impact assessments, for scheduling and the general management of change implementation with minimum service impact/disruption to customers
  • Liaise with external customers/ suppliers/ partners to manage their change request in line with process and procedures

The Ideal Candidate

To be a successful Change Impact Analyst it is essential that you have strong change management experience. Whilst having experience within financial services would be of advantage, we are open to considering candidates with experience across other industries.

Other skills and experience required include:

  • Ability to liaise with many groups both business and technical to find solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Compelling presentation and executive management communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts related to change
